Sophomore, Oodessa Barlow displays a dominant showing in Safford, AZ over the weekend, taking first place in the pole bending event and winning this beautiful champion buckle. Ms. Barlow is currently sitting on top of the leaderboard, in the event, as she prepares for the state championship rodeo at the end of the month in Prescott, Arizona.
