SY 2024-2025 Surveys for Continuous School Improvement

Greetings Stakeholders! Thank you for your continued support and commitment to improving our school from year to year. Collecting data is part of our continuous school improvement process. We collect four types of data, and they are: 1) Demographic, 2) Perception, 3) Achievement, 4) Process Data. Demographic data describes our school and community such as population, socioeconomic status, attendance, graduation rate, and government to name a few. Perception data is about how stakeholders feel about our school. Achievement data is mainly test scores. And finally, process data is about the processes we have in place to operate our school like personnel policies, student handbook, parent policies, and budget to name a few. Each year, we will be collecting data from all four sources to determine the school's needs. Then the needs are prioritized. The prioritized needs are then put into goals. Each goal is then set up with activities, sort of like steps, on how to achieve those goals. Finally, the budget is set up so those goals can be achieved. This is our school improvement process. When the time comes, you will be asked to complete certain surveys to help with this process. So, in fact, you as a stakeholder, you become involved in the school improvement process. We thank you for that.
