Our **Parent Orientation** took place **last Friday** before the Drums of Summer event. We know the school calendar lists it for tonight, but please note there will be **no orientation this evening**.
If you missed the meeting, you're welcome to stop by the **Parent Center** to pick up information on what was covered.

The Annual RPCS Athletic Parent Meeting will be held together with the Annual Title I Parent Meeting tomorrow, July 25 from 4:30-6 PM in the Elementary Gym. The first part will be the Title I Meeting and the second part will be the Athletic Parent Meeting. One lucky parent will win an AIA Digital Pass, formerly known as AIA Pass, which will provide the Pass Holder and 1 guest, complimentary entry to any AIA game for the school year. To win, you must be present. Details will be presented at the meeting. See you there!

The first day of school is **Monday, July 28**, and we can't wait to welcome our students and families back!

Is happening on Friday, July 25, 2026, in conjunction with the Annual Title I Parent Meeting. The combined parent meeting begins at 4:30 and ends at 6 PM. A meal will be provided. Potential athletes and their parents for grades 3-12 will give updates to the Athletic Handbook, required documents, and the general schedules of sports programs. Forms can be completed, signed, and submitted on location. Join us!

CONTINUING FAMILIES who were enrolled last school year will need to use Campus Parent (login credentials required) to enroll or use the link provided at www.rpcsaz.org. Continuing families will need to have a current immunization record and a Power of Attorney if applicable.
NEW TO RPCS FAMILIES will need to use the Kiosk Links provided at www.rpcsaz.org. New Families need to provide:
1) Birth Certificate
2) Certificate of Indian Blood
3) Current Immunization Record
4) Promotion note, grades, transcript if not in Kindergarten
5) Power of Attorney if applicable.
Enrollment drives will also happen in other communities July 14-18. See separate post for locations and dates. Families may come to the Student Services Offices to use computers to enroll and seek assistance with enrollment. Enrollment is done ONLINE ONLY. Other paper documents apply for health forms only. If you have questions, you may call (928) 659-4609 or 4611. Student Services is located in the same building as the Elementary Gymnasium marked with a building number 410.
